I did an update and shut my laptop down as usual when an update was ready. When I went to start up my laptop the next day it needed to finish the update but had learned it actually crashed. The processor and the update clashed. These awesome guys were able to have the problem fixed within 24 hours! Extremely professional and know their stuff! I highly recommend Shout PC to anyone who needs PC help!

These guys really know what they're talking about. They are the only PC repair around Dayton that I actually trust. In terms of pure know-how, professionalism and fairness of rates, Shout PC is by far the best around. I have used the team at Shout PC, for my PC maintenance, as well as my girlfriend's Macbook Pro, on numerous occasions. I have never had any complaints. Always a positive experience. For myself, these guys are like a personal mechanic, for your PC. Thanks for all the help, fellas!

Professional and courteous person. Had a headphone to repair with loose wire connection. Guy was upfront, gave quote for repair but also advised me its just better to buy a new pair considering labor.

I highly recommend them I called them first thing as soon as they open to fix a motherboard for me. They got me in same-day super quick affordable very knowledgeable. Would like to thank them for their service and you cannot go wrong having them fix your electronic needs.

They're amazing. I brought my laptop in just a few days ago with no idea how to fix it, and within just a few minutes they assessed the issues. They said they would take a look at it in the free estimate as soon as they could, and not even a few hours later we got a phone call of them telling us all what was wrong and needed to be fixed. I felt totally safe leaving my laptop with them and I trusted them completely to fix it to the best of their ability. It was only out of my hands for about 5 days before I got it back, too. They work fast, and they do the best job that they can. I'd recommend this shop to anyone in need of a fix.

I called and left a message and David called me back. We discussed my TV repair issue and he was upfront with me that it might not be worth fixing but he would have to check it out before making the final determination. Very professional and pleasant. I also mentioned getting a second monitor since I am working from home due to COVID-19 and he happen to have one for sale at a very reasonable price and he delivered it to me!! Win win.. i say check these guys out they might have what you are looking for and at a great price!

I was able to sell them some old Vacuum Tube tech and they actually seemed to know what to do with it. Very reminiscent of the old school repair shops from decades past. They might look sketchy to the uncultured, but these are the kind of hole-in-the-wall shops who you can actually work with to make some interesting things happen. Those familiar with electronics should give them a shot.

It was the Day Before Thanksgiving and I managed to get a great deal on some Computer Parts. Only Problem was I could not install them myself. I was told by a Coworker/friend that they were amazing. She was right. They managed to get my computer parts installed, running and computer optimized All in the same Day!!. Windows is installed and I have had a great experience! I really appreciated what they are trying to accomplish. Small Business. Family Owned. A lot of respect goes into what the customer wants done. I highly recommend Gem City Tech if you dont want your money stolen by big corp ;D Trust the underdogs!

They did a wonderful and professional job installing a new Asus Mother Board, Intel processor and 16gigs DDR4 RAM in my computer that had a blown motherboard. Installed Win 10 Pro. They are great, can say enough good things.
